New synergies at Sundyne

Sundyne develops and manufactures pumps and compressors for petrochemical processes (oil and gas) all over the world. Engineering Base has standardized the company's engineering processes. There are now predefined templates for loops, lists and graphics, putting an end to the confusing array of self-created documents.

"Today, all devices recorded in the P&ID, the device list and all documents associated with the machine wiring are automatically linked to their counterparts in the detailed engineering. The data has to be entered just once and you can navigate the Engineering Base project with complete consistency."

Benefit from our solutions developed specifically for your industry

In contrast to completely individual plant engineering, skid manufacturers provide systems that are essentially technologically identical and can be adapted to suit both design requirements and underlying circumstances. This is the ideal scenario for using modular design. And that is one of the reasons why Engineering Base offers the Advanced Typical Manager, which combines with the Project Builder to make modularity uniquely efficient.

How is the seamless connection between engineering and mechanical design achieved? Instead of time-consuming, error-prone manual comparisons, Engineering Base enables automated and therefore always consistent synchronization with all relevant systems – from the development of wiring harnesses for mobile systems, through EI&C and P&ID planning for process plants, to mechanical engineering.

"Engineering Base has established itself as an indispensable solution for system suppliers in the process industry, as it enables seamless integration of plants and disciplines. The platform provides the tools needed to manage complex engineering projects efficiently and transparently. In this way, everyone involved is able to access consistent information."
