Your areas of responsibility:
- Independent implementation of application-oriented seminars on our CAE systems. The seminars are mainly held in our offices or at the customer's premises
- Conception of new seminars and design of corresponding training materials
- Support in the handling of service contracts
- Advising customers on the use and workflow of our products
- Good understanding of customer problems and efficient development of solutions with our products
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent and solution-oriented consulting
Your profile:
- A university degree or electrical engineering or process engineering training
- Practical experience preferably in one of the following industries:
- Plant / mechanical engineering
- Process industry (chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, food and beverage)
- Power generation or power distribution
- Automotive, special and rail vehicles
- Experience in IT projects desirable, e.g. as an IT consultant
- A systematic and analytical approach
- A secure, goal-oriented demeanor and on-schedule work in a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS applications
- Very good command of written and spoken English
