Your areas of responsibility:

  • Independent implementation of application-oriented seminars on our CAE systems. The seminars are mainly held in our offices or at the customer's premises
  • Conception of new seminars and design of corresponding training materials
  • Support in the handling of service contracts
  • Advising customers on the use and workflow of our products
  • Good understanding of customer problems and efficient development of solutions with our products
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through competent and solution-oriented consulting 

Your profile:

  • A university degree or electrical engineering or process engineering training
  • Practical experience preferably in one of the following industries:
    • Plant / mechanical engineering
    • Process industry (chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, food and beverage)
    • Power generation or power distribution
    • Automotive, special and rail vehicles
  • Experience in IT projects desirable, e.g. as an IT consultant
  • A systematic and analytical approach
  • A secure, goal-oriented demeanor and on-schedule work in a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS applications
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
