Simply the best … moments
Sebastian Scheffel (38) is the youngest member of AUCOTEC Academy's team of trainers. After studying electrical engineering, he gained useful practical experience while designing conveyor systems for the automotive industry. It quickly became clear to him: 'Everyone wants to standardize design as much as possible, yet remain flexible for special requirements, whether for minor revisions as a draftsman or for major new plants as a project manager'. The fact that AUCOTEC has exactly the right tools for this purpose makes him proud: 'When participants realize how efficient their work can be and how EB is revolutionizing cooperation, that's the best moment of any training!' And it comes. Always.
Scheffel was also enthusiastic about the diversity of customers with whom he deals: the topics range from elevators via wire harnesses to highly complex chemical plants. 'Not only do the participants learn from me, but I always learn from them also. This diversity is fascinating', enthused the trainer, who also likes variety in his free time. This is not only provided by his two children, but above all by his active service with a volunteer fire brigade. Such a role is in line with his trainer job since helping is also a basic principle, and that is something that Sebastian Scheffel really enjoys doing.
